Marinus van der Lubbe (13. jaanuar 1909 – 10. jaanuar 1934) oli hollandi kommunistlik aktivist. Teda süüdistati Saksamaal Riigipäevahoone süütamises 27. veebruaril 1933. Van der Lubbe mõisteti süüdi ning hukati. Süüdistajad väitsid, et van der Lubbe tegutses laiema kommunistliku vandenõu huvides, samas kui natsivastased kaitsjad süüdistasid Riigipäevahoone süütamises hoopis natse.
Aastal 2008 andis Saksamaa valitsus van der Lubbele postuumselt armu.[1]
