Join us for our seasonal residency series — ThroughLine, in collaboration with the Visa Dining Collection by OpenTable x Visa and in association with partners Miele and Audi, builds upon the core ethos of SingleThread, expanding on our project that began with an immersive dining experience—Title Page—that took place in January 2024 at The Lodge at Blue Sky, in Park City, Utah. This evolving project is designed to deepen connections with our food systems and immerse guests in a culinary journey exploring the intersection of dining and documentary filmmaking.
This new concept will transport diners through a 12-course Omakase-inspired culinary journey paired with an eight-part film series by Emmy-nominated Director Justin Taylor Smith, with each film intended as an exploration of the ingredients and artisanal practices that inspire each course. Guests will be immersed in the stories of the farms, fisheries, and artisans that sustain us, celebrating a shared commitment to sustainable sourcing, craftsmanship and stewardship.
